The local finals of听Mikolot听were held on Thursday 13 May in front of all Year 10s, staff and parents (via Zoom) and the competition was tight! All听five听蹿颈苍补濒颈蝉迟蝉听-听Ashri, David, Jess, Ari and Lucy听-听did an amazing job. Their prepared speeches responded to how the pandemic has challenged them personally, as well as links to their faith. Speakers gave outstanding responses and our judges 鈥� Rabbi Dan,听Mrs听Kagan and听Mrs听Russell - deliberated some time before making a final decision. Congratulations to Jess G, who will represent Carmel at the national finals later this year. Special thanks to听Mrs听Stevens and听Mr听Spurling for running听Mikolot听2021. Good luck in Sydney, Jess!听
